Kayla Ford

I became a psychologist to feed my passion for knowledge and to give back by supporting others in their own mental health journey.

My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning that I pull form a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on the clients’ needs and goals. I work from a trauma-informed lens and incorporate many evidence-based treatments into my practice.

​Outside my clinical practice, you will find me investing my time in travel, my two pups, and in teaching dance!
